Richard G. Zalack, Founder and Coach
Dick Zalack is a frequent speaker at business conferences and retreats. Some of Dick's presentations include PPG Industries, Mutual of New York, Guardian Insurance, Lincoln Financial Advisors, Goodyear, McDonald & Company, Institute of Certified Financial Planners, International Association of Financial Planners, and Multi-Financial Securities.
Dick has held various management and executive positions at Warner & Swasey and the Bell System. As Vice President of a small manufacturing company, he was instrumental in growing sales from $1,250,000 to $9,000,000 in just three years. Zalack started his first firm, Effective Executive Resources, Inc., in 1985 to help managers, executives, salespersons and small business owners become better organized and more effective.
In 1992 he created Focus Four, an organization dedicated to helping entrepreneurs achieve better, more focused personal and professional lives, and to achieve breakthrough goals with a high level of focus, energy and balance. Dick expanded his services in 1997 with Results Plus, to include senior executives, managers, sales personnel and administrators.
Dick coaches successful clients from across the country in both Results Plus and Focus Four principles. His Focus Four clients include numerous entrepreneurial business owners. Among his Results Plus clients are AT&T, PPG Industries, Kodak, Federal Express, Ford Motor Company, Smith Barney, TRW and Xerox. Articles written by Dick have appeared in publications such as Financial Planning and Power Transmission Design, and he writes the "Business Builders" column in Advisor Today, the largest life insurance publication with a circulation of over 100,000. |
